Within documentary film festival SONY & AVC presented the latest model from Sony Professional: HX - NX5E.

SONY/AVC presentation stand attracted a number of interested buyers who visited the festival (producers, photo-digital studio owners and other professionals).

The HXR-NX5E is the first camcorder by Sony Professional to combine low-cost consumer memory cards with the latest AVCHD technology and low-cost consumer memory cards. Featuring the latest innovations in lens and sensor design, the HXR-NX5E offers high quality picture performance to professional markets such as event videography and corporate video production. Sony's newly designed G Lens provides high resolution, colour and contrast, in combination with 3 x 1/3-inch Exmor CMOS Sensor system using ClearVid array for excellent low-light sensitivity.

The journalists and the TV reporters were every day visitors. Croatian president Ivo Josipović visited the festival, like as famous croatian producers: Veljko Bulajić, Krsto Papić, Petar Krelja, Branko Ivanda, Bruno Gamulin i Vinko Brešan

Nenad Puhovski, Festival Director and Program Selector emphasized that the festival had extremely high quality program with 148 documentaries which contributed to the city's cultural offer and made outstanding contribution to the development of European documentary culture.
